His philosophy on helping his clients with their real estate needs is very simple: He treats your property as if it were his own. He passes the knowledge he has gained over 15 years of being a real estate investor on to you. In 2003, Mark ventured into real estate investing. He excels at rehabbing properties, as well as the Beach House vacation rental business. This previous work experience has given him invaluable insight into many areas of real estate, including where to buy and what are the best investment options.He is committed to helping and guiding you throughout the process, so you will feel confident in all of your decisions. Many times, in a transaction, the decisions needing to be made can be difficult and the answers are not always crystal clear. Mark promises that he will do his best to provide you with as much information as possible and offers options so that you can make confident decisions. Personal Bio:  Mark and his family are long-term residents of the local community. Mark graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science degree. He went on to work in Law Enforcement for over 10 years as a Detective at the Local, State and Federal levels. Mark and his wife Debbie have 3 sons who they are extremely proud of.

Mark is also a proud supporter of a few select charities, as well as the local school district and athletic programs.
